UMYF OBJECTIVE Section 1. To undertake the supreme task: to know Christ and make Him known. Section 2. To lead all young people into a deep religious experience and fellowship with Jesus Christ. Section 3. To train leaders who will properly administer their areas of influence in The United Methodist Church and in the society.

UMYF OBJECTIVE Section 4. To equip the youth with the knowledge of the doctrines, principles, and resolutions of The United Methodist Church. Section 5. To empower the youth to actively participate in the direction-setting and directiondecisiondecision-making of The United Methodist Church. Section 6. To support connectional youth ministry within the structure of The United Methodist Church.

UMYF OBJECTIVE Section 7. To advocate for the needs of, concerns of, and issues affecting the youth in the church and in the society, enabling them to religiously participate and faithfully contribute to nation building. Section 8. To provide opportunities for mission and evangelism. Section 9. To promote and strengthen ecumenical ties.
