Designed for high temperature cooling water (130°-150°C) supply for reactor body to avoid deposition onto reactor inside walls
Designed for middle temperature cooling water (40°-60°C) supply for electrodes and show-glasses on DI-water quality
Designed for down cooling of CVD-reactor by using middle temperature cooling level. Saving an additional cooling loop
Operating of high temperature cooling water loop for significant energy recovery. (low pressure steam generation for distillation processes)
