Train of Trainers 1. General Information

Train of Trainers (ToT) is a 2,5 days learning event, where experienced professionals train AIESEC current and future trainers as well as external participants involved in Education field. ToT equips the participants with training theory, gives a chance to gain and/or develop practical training skills.

2. Purpose & Objectives The purpose of ToT is to increase the organizational effectiveness through preparing qualified trainers who will share their knowledge with other members. By this training the project team intends - to introduce general concept of learning (Formal, Informal, Non-Formal ), - to give the participants an opportunity to gain practical and theoretical knowledge and skills on training preparation, delivery and follow-up, - to make participants realize themselves as trainers.

Conference Fee: 2500 AMD

Coffee and lunch are included.
