Our new range of corner joints comes from our commitment to finding innovative and functional solutions to genuine needs.

MULTIFUNCTION EXPANDING CORNER JOINTS Diecast aluminium expanding, pinning or crimping corner joints ideal for doors, blinds and reinforced security frames. These corner joints are extremely robust and boast elevated mechanical resistance. The corner joint is tightened via a screw accessible though the profile. As the screw is tightened the corner joint expands laterally within the profile filling the gaps and eliminating lateral play thereby creating resistance between the joint and the profile. All the corner joints in this line are also suitable for crimping as they come with purpose-cut adhesive channels.

This versatile expanding system often means that a single corner joint may be used in place of three traditional joints.SINGLE PINNING AND CRIMPING ALUMINIUM CORNER JOINTSCompact pinning and crimping aluminium corner joints for use in the smaller chambers on thermal break frames. These corner joints are extremely compact and take up the minimum possible space. They have two tightening options, pinning or crimping, and pinning is made extremely easy by the use of snap-off pins. They are also ideal for use in thermal break profiles with identical twin chambers ensuring optimum mechanical hold and precision closing. These corner joints are also suitable for crimping.

DOUBLE PINNING AND CRIMPING ALUMINIUM CORNER JOINTSDiecast aluminium pinning and crimping corner joints with two sections forming a single, solid body. These corner joints are particularly suited for use on large thermal break profiles or in oversize-profile chambers. They have the following advantages: 1. No adjustment screws so no need for extra machining of the profile. 2. Two tightening options, pinning or crimping.3. When pinned, tightening is done without deforming the profile.4. Designed to be inserted into the profile chamber with ease.Based on the type used, tightening can be performed from either inside or outside the pro�le. Once again the corner joints in this line are suitable for crimping as they come with purpose-cut adhesive channels.
