1) METAL FINISHING FACILITY (Plant I, 32000 sqft) (2,973 mt²)

This facility for metal substrates includes a total of 12 lines with a wide

range of finishes like: Zinc (acid and alcaline), Electroless Nickel (mid and

high phosphorous) on steel, copper and aluminum, Zinck/Nickel (high

and low Ni content), Black Nickel, Satin Nickel, Bright Nickel-Chrome,

Aluminum Chromatizing (Alodine), Anodizing, Passivation, to mention a

few.few.

2) PLASTICS PLATING FACILITY (Plant II, 38000 sqft) (3,530 mt²)

• Fully automated large capacity ABS & ABS/PC plastics plating

line with 74 stations to provide bright and satin chrome, with

automotive specification, interior and exterior for America

and Europe with micro porous and microcrack nickel andand Europe with micro porous and microcrack nickel and

black Chrome.

Our working window is 1.3 mt high, 2.2 mt long and 0.6 mts

wide.

The production cycle is: 4 minutes
