PRIMARY SITE PROCESS There may be more than one Site associated to a Target. Once the business decision is made to move

one Site forward as a Store location, the selected Site can be designated as the Primary Site in GDI. For

the USA, this is an important step as the Primary Site data integrates with GDT.

SETTING A PRIMARY SITE

Prior to setting a Site as Primary, the user must edit the Site Record information to capture the following

for a:

New Site = Deal Type,

Retrofit = Deal Type and Store PC #, or

Relocation = Deal Type and Relocated PC #

Next, the user will navigate to the associated Target. There are two ways to navigate to the Target.

will become Inactive and no longer appear as an Active Site.

a. NOTE: When the integration with GDT is complete, the Deal ID, Deal Status and

Integration Status is now filled in. To see the updates, you may have to refresh the

page by selecting View Mode and navigating back to the Associated Sites Tab.
