CERTIFIED TEST GAUGES

These test gauges are designed specifically for use where accuracy and repeatability are of prime importance sushi as in laboratories or instrument testing facilities. Constructed of stainless steel, these gaug-es offer corrosion resistance and long service life. All test gauges are supplied standard with an NIST traceable test certificate certifying the accuracy of the gauge. When combining a test gauge with a manually operated pneumatic test pump (See Testers) you will have a totally portable test system that allows you test gauges virtually anywhere in-side and outside your plant. Available in 4” and 6” dial sizes. Optional carrying case. Supplied standard with NIST traceable test certificate certifying the ac-curacy of the instrument.

Bi-Metal Dial Thermometers Available in 1”(25mm), 2”(50mm) dials with back connection and 3”(75mm) and 5”(125mm) dials with back, bottom or adjustable angle connection. 303 Stainless steel case and stem on all models. Hermetically sealed construction. ¼” NPT con-nection standard on 2”(50mm) dial and ½” NPT connection standard on 3”(75mm) & 5”(125mm). Recalibrator-reset screw on all model except 3” bottom style. Maximum operating pressure 125 psi (861 kPa). For pressures above 125 psi (861 kPa) it is recommended that a thermowell be used in conjunction with the bi-metal thermome-ter. All Bi-Metals Thermometers are backed by one year warranty against manufacturing and materials defects.

GAUGE TESTERS

These portable calibration pumps offer a quick, easy and inexpensive way to check pressure instruments inside a plant and outside in the field. There are six models of calibration pumps in pressure ranges from 23” vacuum to 3,000 psi. Pneumatic, hydraulic and vacuum pumps are available. All test system pumps are designed to be sim-ple, dependable, economical and easy to maintain.
