Crazy Paving.

The Beauty of Chaos Designed to live outdoors, yet increasingly specified for interiors, the Gather Co Crazy Paving collection is anchored by a premium selection of basalt, quartz and sandstone. Our aim is to capture the chaotic rawness of authentic crazy paving through a diverse assortment of exotic materials.

Dense, textured and boasting options in a broad colour pallet, this timeless flooring format is suited to residential and commercial projects. It’s precisely this diversity in both application and composition that makes crazy paving a purposeful selection when specifying to complement curves or design obstacles.

Crazy Paving Explained Originating in ancient Rome, Crazy Paving, also known in the industry as Flagging or Flag Stone, refers to paving stones that are of differing sizes, densities and shapes. When laid out the stone is mismatched and disordered, giving the finish a 'crazy' format.

Product Variation Variation has been carefully considered when producing our surface collections. Colour, tone, composition, and texture are all naturally occurring characteristics of stone and will always differ from piece to piece.

Variation may also result in significant inconsistencies when delivered product is compared to any samples presented. That said, variation is in no way considered a material defect. It’s precisely what makes stone so uniquely beautiful.
