Gateway Development Resources, Inc. was established in 1994 in Houston, Texas by Dale Gates for the

purpose of serving Ministries and the private education market segments with developmental and

construction related services. From 1994 through 2009 Gateway successfully completed more than

seventy construction and development related projects; all on time and within budget. This remarkable

track record earned Gateway the reputation as a trusted specialist therefore performing most contracts on

a negotiated basis.

In 2002 Gateway relocated from Houston to Dallas to establish a strategic alliance with a highly

successful 25 year Dallas based Real Estate Development group and redirect its efforts from a specialty

General Contract Builder to an Investment Developer/Builder.
