SPECTATOR INFORMATION MAY 21-26, 2013 PGA PLAY SCAN AND WIN Visit all of our PGA PLAY locations on-site and at pga.com/prizes for a chance to win valuable prizes from The PGA of America and KitchenAid. CONDUCT, CUSTOMS AND ETIQUETTE Please be advised of the following standards of conduct and etiquette: Everyone is requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, decorum and behavior, and to obey all Championship policies, signs and verbal instructions of Championship Officials. For the safety of everyone and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior. Although cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited and consistent calls from the gallery are prohibited. Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the Marshals. Please kneel or sit if you are in the front row and remain still throughout each shot. ITEMS TO LEAVE AT HOME The items listed below are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Bellerive Country Club. All bags will be searched upon entering the Championship. Personal electronics such as, hand-held games, radios, televisions, iPods, iPads, etc. All oversized chairs with wide arm rests (small, portable/ folding chairs are permitted). Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12” in their natural state. Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit). Coolers, ladders, milk crates, signs, posters, banners, dogs and other pets. Food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages). Other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by Championship Security personnel, at their sole discretion. Please leave all prohibited items in your vehicle as they will not be permitted at the Championship. MOBILE DEVICE POLICY Those wishing to use their mobile devices will be asked to adjust the volume setting to “silent” or “vibrate” while at the Championship. Guests may accept or make phone calls in designated areas throughout the golf course, primarily near concession stands. Digital messaging and checking data is allowed on the golf course. Mobile device camera use is NOT permitted during the Championship Rounds. No video recording will be permitted at any time during Championship Week. Spectators attempting to use their mobile device in unauthorized areas or in ways not sanctioned will be asked to surrender the device and pick it up at a designated location after they depart the golf course. General Spectator informationpHotoS / aUtoGrapHSCameras are only allowed at Bellerive Country Club on Tuesday and Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Mobile device cameras may not be used to take photos during Championship Rounds. Autographs may be requested and given at the contestants’ convenience at the Practice Range and Putting Green during Practice Rounds only.

admiSSion policyA ticket, once scanned, will no longer gain admission to the Championship. If you plan to return to Bellerive Country Club the same day, please have security stamp your hand at one of the spectator entrance gates. You will only be able to return to the grounds with a scanned ticket and a hand stamp. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs are posted which requires evacuation of the golf course. In this situation, a hand stamp will not be required for re-entry to the Championship. Please wear your ticket in plain view at all times as security personnel will not allow admission to the Championship for individuals without appropriate credentials.

JUnior admiSSion policyTo provide the ultimate family entertainment value, The PGA of America is excited to offer up to four (4) complimentary junior admissions with every paid adult ticket. Junior admissions apply to youth age 17 and under, and may be obtained at the Admission Sales & Will Call Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of entry.

military admiSSion policyTo honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, The PGA of America is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Active Reserve, National Guard, Department of Defense Civilians and their accompanying spouse complimentary daily grounds admission to the Championship. Upon arrival, Military personnel must go to the Admissions and Will Call Office to present their Military ID (spouse must present Dependent ID) in exchange for daily grounds tickets. IDs must be presented in order to receive daily grounds tickets.

inclement WeatHer policy for SpectatorS Please observe the Leader Boards and Thru Boards for the Weather Warning Sign which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the site. When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the sirens sound, seek shelter immediately.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Main Spectator Entrance Gate is also included for all Championship spectators.

No hang tag will be required to access the free parking lot on a daily basis. NO stopping or dropping off will be permitted at security checkpoints and NO tailgating permitted in Public Parking Lots.
