I have just compieted posting all the transactions that were made in your books for the year ending December 31,2010. Income, including $705.48 in interest was $28,549.70. Expenses were $3 1,459.72. Books and bank show a loss for the year of $291 0.02. The checking account balance as of December 31,2010 is 11,490.10. The Certificate of Deposit balance is $48,153.99, making a total of$59,644.09 in to@ funds.

The total gas sale for the year was $27,844.22. The cost of this gas was $19,573.89. which is 70.30% of your sales. Sales tax for 2010 was set up on a monthly basis. It is due the 20* 6f the following month. Tbis was done t’rmely. Fedeml payroll report 944 is now set up on an annual basis. These fonns are prepared by our office, with the exception of sales tax and state unemployment Arkansas unemployment forms are due the end of the month foIIuwiag the end of each quarter, and all need to be filed timely. This will eliminate any penalties.

Please bring your bank statements to my office at the end of each quarter, along with the check stubs. This speeds up getting your report out at the end of the year.

This is a non-profit organization, consisting of Chairman of tbe Board, Ross Rogers and board members, David Rogers, RiIey Gray, and Delores Sow. They receive no compensation for their service. Annual meeting is held in February each year.
