LABORATORY NARRATIVEModified ASTM D-5504

Environmental Technologies of Nevada, Inc.Workorder# 0301202

One 1 Liter Tedlar Bag sample was received on January 08, 2003. The laboratory performed the analysis ofsulfur compounds via Modified ASTM D-5504 using GC/SCD. The method involves direct injection of the airsample into the GC via a fixed 1.0 mL sampling loop. See the data sheets for the reporting limits for eachcompound.

LABORATORY NARRATIVEModified ASTM D-1945

Environmental Technologies of Nevada, Inc.Workorder# 0303267BR1

Two 1 Liter Tedlar Bag samples were received on March 14, 2003. The laboratory performed analysis viamodified ASTM Method D-1945 for Methane and fixed gases in natural gas using GC/FID or GC/TCD.The method involves direct injection of up to 1.0 mL of sample. With the exception of analyses conducted inaccordance with AFCEE 3.0, all reported compound quantifications were calculated from response factorsderived from the first Continuing Calibration Verification of each relevant analytical batch. See the datasheets for the reporting limits for each compound.

Receiving Notes

There were no receiving discrepancies.

Analytical Notes

Sample Flare Main-2 was diluted due to a high level of Hydrogen Sulfide. Diluted results for Nitrogen andOxygen are not accurate and therefore not reported since ambient air concentrations of these elements arehigh. Since Nitrogen and Oxygen are not reported, results were not normalizied and do not equal 100% asper ASTM-D1945 protocol. An estimated BTU value was reported per client's request.

Due to high sulfur concentration in samples Flare Main-2 and SUNGW02 , the nickel catalyst was bypassed, resulting in a higher reporting limit of 0.1% for Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide. Sampleconcentrations were based on the response of a single point calibration for all analytes.

Sample SUNGW02 results are normalized to total 100% per ASTM D-1945 protocol.

RE-ISSUED ON MARCH 26, 2003 TO CORRECT THE DILUTION FACTOR FOR SAMPLEFLARE MAIN-2.

Definition of Data Qualifying Flags

Six qualifiers may have been used on the data analysis sheets and indicate as follows:
