CUTTING :• Total order qty to be

Financial Department

• Daily reports are monitored and submitted to the managing director

• Cash flow and funds analysis takes place monthly and periodical statement to the managing director

• Periodical returns of the sales tax are being filed• Ratio analysis is prepared and reports are given to

the management. Proper advice is also provided to the management about the present position of the firm. Balance sheet is prepared annually.

• The sampling department will create a sample of the product.

• To receive purchase order from each department. to get quotations from various suppliers and to give order to favorable supplier.

• Stores included in purchase department. all the small accessories except yarns are stored here. then supply for production.

• And also they check the quality of the buying products in laboratory.

STORES• Responsibility: it is

responsible to buy all materials right from garmenting to packing

• Function : Analyze the accessories in a garment such as (labels, buttons, fastners and other trims)
