Monkeyland and Birds of Eden Monkeyland: Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary is the world’s first multi species, free roaming primate sanctuary providing ex-captive primates with a healthier, more natural life. Around 500 apes, monkeys and lemurs live at Monkeyland including gibbons, langurs, saki, capuchin, squirrel, vervet, howler and spider monkeys along with black and white ruffed and ring-tailed lemurs in 12 hectares of pristine indigenous forest. Birds of Eden: Birds of Eden is the largest single dome free flight aviary in the world. The sanctuary encompasses an area of over 2 hectares of natural forest and waterways, criss-crossed by some 1.2km of walkways. Visitors here are welcome to explore at their own pace with the aid of the Birds of Eden specialised guidebook or with one of the experienced guides. Birds of Eden is home to some 3500 birds comprising of almost 220 species all of whom have the freedom to fly, forage and swim.

Safari Ostrich Show Farm Classic Tour Safari Ostrich Show Farm is an operating farm, where visitors will see large flocks of ostriches and in the breeding season see chicks hatching in the incubators. They will also see different types of ostrich feathers displayed. The processing of ostrich skins is explained, from tanning to dying to the manufacturing of products. A complete ostrich skin is on display showing the different parts of the skin used for shoes, bags and other products.

Tsitsikamma Canopy Tours This tour takes place in the magnificent Tsitsikamma indigenous rainforest. Many of the platforms are built around giant Outeniqua Yellowwood trees that are up to 700 years old! Standing within the crown of these giants and looking down at the lush forest floor thirty meters below is an experience of a lifetime. The scenery and birdlife is spectacular and professional guides ensure your safety while keeping you informed about interesting features of the forest ecology. If you are fortunate enough, you will spot a pair of Knysna Loeries or the brilliant red plumage of the elusive Narina Trogon.
