What is our application all about?
Park descriptions, GPS directions to the park, and current weather forecasts are included in “Game On”.
A resource to check availability of public athletic fields
This application gives athletes, parents, and visitors the opportunity to stay informed on which athletic fields are in use on a day to day basis.
Why is this a good investment?
• Prior to the development of the application, parents, players, and visitors used the hotline/coaches/other parents as a way to get updated information about games. • The hotline was only updated at 4:00 pm. This would create
a logjam as everyone would call the hotline at the same time resulting in the majority being put on hold until further notice.• With our new application, everyone can access the new
information at the same time.
Who is this for?
“Game On” is designed to target anyone who uses the park system in our community. Future expansions include referee remote update access, other sports fields, Show Me State Games, and other communities like us.

Updated Information
The application provides up-to- date information about the field status and whether a game is moved to another location.
Park Information
Park amenities are listed for each park. Whether you are from our community or just visiting, the information can make your visit more pleasurable.
Directions
The application uses Google to map the park location and provide directions from the user’s location.
“GameOn”
Plans for expansion
• Game On will be offered initially for free as a 30-day trial. After the 30 days, users must purchase the app for $.99. The hope is that users will see the value of the app and will then purchase it knowing how useful it is.
• Advertise the application to coaches and athletes in each sport prior to start of season.
• Establish a company webpage that contains pictures and descriptions of the “Game On” application and how to obtain it.
• Advertise in targeted markets by providing a packet of information that is included in registration for each team and sport.
Communication
Information about Game On will be communicated to customers by:
• Announcement of the product in local media outlets
• Advertisement flyers provided to all coaches, referees, and athletes at start of each season.
• Advertisement and product update/information using Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Blogs
• Providing product material at game fields
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of application at booths during games
• Provide demonstrations and product material at parent meetings
