Have students write the answers to the questions on the "Getting to Know You" game page. Remind them not to write their names on the pages. When everyone has completed the page, gather all the pages, shuffle them, and hand them out to the students. The students can then go around and ask each other one question from the page they receive (any question they want). If the person's answer matches the answer on the page, they may ask another question. If the person's answer does not match the answer on the page, they will need to move on and ask another student. The goal is match every page with the correct person who answered the questions. If time allows, discuss some of the answers. It's fun to see how people are different and the same. Getting to know you game (For Young Kids)

Have the students sit in a circle. Have one student draw a paper outof the bowl, unfold it, and display the picture. You will then ask the student the question from the question pagethat corresponds with that picture. Give the student a chance toanswer. Then, move on to the next student. If appropriate, you might ask other students to raise their hands ifthey would answer the question the same way. (For example, "Billy'sfavorite color is blue. Does anybody else like blue as their favoritecolor?") If you only have a few students, you may repeat the game, goingaround the circle again. If a student draws the same card a secondtime, have him draw another card. Talk about how people are different and the same, and howquestions can help us get to know each other better.
