FACT FINDING TECHNIQUE
At the time of system or before starting actual work of system, Analyst has to
collect information about manual system from the user for which the system is
going to be developed.
In order to collect this information, system Analyst prefers any one of the
following fact finding techniques or prefer two or more fact finding
techniques according to the situation. :-
1. Interview
2. Questionnaire
3. Record View
4. Observation
We followed the technique of Interview.
Interview:-
This method helped to gather most of information required for the system. We
interviewed Dr. Anil Unkule & the employees working over there, who gave
us overview of system to be developed.
Following were topics covered during interviewing:-
Information about patient admission process
Information about doctors & visiting doctors
Information about medical treatments
Information about patients discharge process
Information about various types of wards available.
Information about various registers maintained.
Information about how the process for billing is carried out.

Record Review:-
Sample amount of information was collected by means of register, which are
maintained by the staff of the Hospital. The staff was very kind to provide us
with sample registration forms and bill formats. They also showed us the
registration filling formats which are currently in use.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
The feasibility study is a major factor that contributes to the analysis of the system.
The decision of the system analysis, whether to design a particular system or not
depend on its feasibility study. The feasibility study on the system is divided into the
following three areas
1. OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY :-
The system is built in such a way that any user
can use the system with easy. The short description of the method to operate the new
system would be enough. The system is user friendly, also wont find any difficulty
to migrate to the new system. Hence the system is operationally feasible.
2. TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY :-
This project is designed with use of widely
software available so there is no need to have any supporting software. The
requirement for the processor at least it should be 486 or any other larger will do.
The requirement for O.S. is DOS or any new (e.g. Windows) will do. Thus the
requirements are already fulfilled, the system is technical feasible.

3. ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY :-
The project is developed using software which
is easily available everywhere. It is very economical to use the system, as there is no
need of any extra software. If the project is not developed in this sense then the
project has to bear the loss in terms of money. Due to this software need of
computers arises but this investment is for the good. Hence this project is
economically feasible.

objectives some of them has not been completed that will under
limitation and drawbacks of the system.
It has not security.
If power failuare happens during running application then we play
the game from starting.

boundary is called ENVOIRNMENT .System boundary also define the
scope of system , which in other words defines the system limitations .
