(1) This Line Maintenance Authorization does not constitute a rating. The certificate holder must

be appropriately rated for the type of work performed under a limited rating or class rating to

perform inspections and minor maintenance associated with this Line Maintenance

Authorization.

(2) The certificate holders limitations, authorizations and exemptions apply at the locations listed

in Table 1 above.

(3) Line maintenance away from any line maintenance facility listed in Table 1 above is not

authorized.
