G3-4 Foundations of Argumentation, Speech, and Thought (FAST)F.A.S.T. equips students with a foundation to deliver intellectually driven arguments and opinions - a skill foundational to success in school, debate and life. The program begins by teaching students specific skills such as developing and furthering opinions (using evidence and logic), constructing technically complete arguments, and applying basic elements of rhetoric.
This course is perfect for those students who might not yet be ready for a complete immersion in competitive debate, but will benefit from a refinement of the ideas, opinions and speech.
