GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS AFFECTED BY HURRICANES If you have been affected by any of the recent hurricanes, please read the following recommendations and contact the department as soon as possible. ● If you were planning to apply Early Decision ○ Please consider moving your artistic review to Early Decision II or Regular Decision to
give us all more time to accommodate your needs.
● If you were planning to do your artistic review in person and are unable to travel to New York or one of our regional locations
○ Please consider submitting a digital artistic review. See the digital submission guidelines for more specific information.
● If you plan to submit a digital artistic review but have no internet access
○ If you have cellular data, you can perform your monologues or discuss your portfolio over FaceTime (Mac) or Google Duo (PC).
○ You must contact the department to arrange this ahead of time.
● If you plan to submit a digital artistic review but have no internet access or cellular service
○ Record your monologues and save them to a USB flash drive. ○ Mail the USB flash drive to the department:

○ If you have a wired telephone, we can speak with you over the phone for the conversation portion of your artistic review, which will occur during your scheduled artistic review session.
