Patel Estate Corporate Complex was conceived around a concept of three linked towers, representing the familial relationship of the owners. The variation in building mass, the interstitial spaces between the buildings and their physical links explore the relationship of the business founders. The structural and material expression relates to the business heritage of the owners whose expertise lies in the construction of large scale civil engineering projects globally.
The project was to be LEED accredited and is one of the first projects in India to incorporate a naturally ventilated car park. Sky gardens, vertical landscape and landscaped plazas ensure an environmentally responsible development.
The construction of the project was stopped in 2010 due to changing real estate needs. AFW was appointed to re-design the partially constructed project into a highrise residential complex.
