Main branch ideas should be the major factors affecting the decision.

Create 4 quadrants. Place the main branch ideas in the quadrant that best reflects your assessment of the condition. If sub branches are split ie. one sub branch is deemed “Excellent” and another as “Bad”, create the main branch in that quadrant which can reflect the sub branch thought.
