About Our 3 Year Management Plan “GA16”

New Tokai Electronics Management Plan < Global Action 2016 >

In 2011, just the start year of the previous management plan “Business Revolution 2013”, we have

changed company name from Tokai Bussan to Tokai Electronics. It has already passed two years since

then. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation toward our activities.

Now, we have set up the new 3 year management plan. The ideal target of all of Tokai members is “Let’s

become the only one partner as the solution provider”. And our long term target is to be a 100 years old

company in the future.

The new management plan is named “Global Action 2016” (We call it GA16 internally). We’ll do our best

always from customer’s view point in more globalizing environment.

1. Business development from Japan domestic to worldwide

3. Increasing demand of electronic devices in the worldwide market

4. Switch to environmentally friendly products as hybrid cars
