• $10 per unit as 100% rebate

• Available on all devices with genuine Windows below $620 CAD

• Based on reseller sales out reporting

• Qualified customers must be primary/ secondary education institutions

• Accrual period starts March 1 2017 for resellers onboarded.

• Must sell +1000 units below NTE to remain qualified for the program

i. The NTE Price does not include applicable sales taxes. In contrast, VAT, import tax, duties, and other similar charges borne by Company must be included in the NTE Price.
