• CoSTEM graduate programs went from contributing only 5.7% of APSU’s total graduate students, to over

14.7% of total graduate students.

• There is a 29% increase of SCH compared to 16/17and a 63% increase this year compared to 17/18.

Only one department has seen an operating budget increase in the last ten years. Based on

INFLATION ALONE the current operating budgets of all nine departments should increase by

$121,053.29

$30,263.32 represents just 25% of the total inflation cost but would still be very impactful for each

department.
