HOW TO ORDER
Send an e-mail to [email protected]. You’ll receive an e-mail with all order info.
Fill in the order form and send back according to the “read this” page and send it back to [email protected]
Once we’ve received and prosessed your order you will receive an order confirmation. This will contain all payment instructions.
Once we’ve received your payment a confirmation will be send.
You will get a confirmation as soon as the kit gets sent out to you. Including the tracking numbers.
Disclaimer
We only work with pre-orders. So if you order, you might have to wait for a while. As soon as the pre-orders end (19.12.2015 00h00 GMT)we place our order at Bioracer. Once we’ve placed the order, it will take 8 to 10 weeks for Bioracer to produce the kits. Since the response to our Flower kits was so overwhelming, we decided it would be the proper way to give everyone the chance to order a genuine FxM outfit. FxM is just a bunch of guys who like to ride bikes, party, have fun and everything in between. So we don’t have the same service big companies have. We just want to have fun and be nice to everyone. Everything we do, we do after we got home from our daily jobs. So don’t get impatient if your e-mail doesn’t get replied or whatever. Every order will get answered and processed. We’re doing the best we possibly can.

What if my ordered size is to big or to small?
Sorry, we won’t be able to refund your order. Since we work with pre-orders, we don’t have any sizes in stock. So make sure you measure everything correctly before ordering.
When will my order arrive? We work with pre-orders. As soon as they end we’ll send the total order to Bioracer. After that it will take 8 to 10 week for Bioracer to produce the kits. Once ready we process everything and send ‘m out and send and e-mail to you with the tracking and tracing codes.
I fell and now my kit is damaged... We hope you’re okay. But we can’t do any repairs to the kit.
Do you have any girl-specific outfits? No, sorry. But a lot of girls have bought the outfit and they fit them great!
I received the wrong size. If so, wich we strongly doubt will happen, drop us a line at [email protected].
Could you tell me more about the quality?
The kits are fine Belgian quality, made by BIORACER. The Jerseys and bibs are some of the highest quality they can offer. So you’ll be riding in the same gear as the pro’s of the whole national Belgian cycling team, our Belgian track-stars or cyclocrossers, mountainbikers, Women team Rabobank, ... The best in the bunch actually. So you can’t blame it on the outfit if your results aren’t as you hoped. www. .be
