Companies have to start to produce and design services locally.

“China is the biggest market of world, that’s why we want to be more Chinese than Chinese companies”, Rovio.

Do you really only want to produce and buy in China?

Looking at the new trend of the companies in China, there is a need of people with a bunch of new skills to lead. This new skills, in order to create new products and services adapted to the Chinese market, are based on tools for creativity. This companies and new skills need talents who know how to guide the process-es of service design and how to lead entrepreneurial teams. That is why they need to be in touch with universities, where this new talent comes from. Over it all, there is a need of the “to be more Chinese than the Chinese” philosophy, that is why empowering the processes starting local is the way to be followed.

Do you have the skills to produce, buy and then sell in China?

Being positioned as a company that innovates in its products and services, is not only a fashion trend, it so lead the market towards the future. Societe evolute really fast, and the Chinese society is going even faster, so the ability of creating new products and services that will suit the market of the future is the only way to become a leader.

This book was written by Tom Kelley, the General Manager of IDEO, the World’s leading design firm, and it presents us 10 important behaviours to become inovator in all senses. It says that is not good to be just one of these faces, and each of us has to develop different skills by using them in different moments. These are the faces:

The Anthropologist: the one that gets new ideas base don observationThe Experimenter: his day by day is based on testing and retesting potential scenarios to make ideas tangible. The importance of proto-types.The Cross-Pollinator: he draws associations and connections between seemingly unrelated ideas or concepts to break new ground. The Hurdler: he always is willing to develop new ideas andi t does not matter what he has to do to get the goal. When confronted with a challenge, the Hurdler gracefully sidesteps the obstacle while maintaining a quiet, positive determination. The Collaborator: He is the person who truly values the team over the individual. The Director has an acute understanding of the bigger picture, with a firm grasp on the pulse of their organization. The Experience Architect He is relentlessly focused on creating remarkable individual experiences. Everything has to be a experience. The Set Designer: he says that you have to get inspired by your enviroment or workspace. The Storyteller: everything is a story, what happens outsider the company, what you have to tell to your customers, your day by day…and that is what you have to transmit. The Caregiver is the foundation of human-powered innovation. Through empathy, they work to understand each individual customer and create a relationship.

This is a book by Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur that has us motivated, so we are going to apply in to develop this project.

We are creating the project in an open way, our goal is to involve different agents and co-create in order to give the opportunity to more people to take part and enjoy the experience and also empowering and improve the value proposition.

In the introduction to the chapter "open business model" is defined the way we want to work like in this project.

“OPEN BUSINESS MODEL can be used to create and capture value through the systematic collaboration with external partners.

This can be done -from outside to inside- using ideas or assets that are not in the business, it can also be done-from inside to outside- providing to third parts ideas or incomes that they are not using in the companies yet.”
