Two Ways to Express the Future

Use Will + Verb to Volunteer or to Express Willingness
A: I’m cold.
B: I’ll turn on the heat.
A: I don’t understand this sentence.
B: Ask the teacher. She’ll help you.
Use Will + Verb for Scheduled Events
Christmas will be on a Tuesday this year.
Monday will be your first day of work.
Use Will for Promises
A: Don’t forget to mail the letter.
B: I’ll go to the post office after work.
A: I’ll call you Monday morning. I won’t forget.
B: Okay. Thanks.
Use Will for Predictions
