Lack of a few skilled technicians such as ship designers, naval
architects and draftsmen ( Just employed and jointly developed
with prominent ship design companies)
To improve plate preparation in shot blasting/primer coating
( that is in progress)
Lack of multi-skilled tradesmen ( Newly employees are under
on-job-training program)
Crane capacities(Mobile, Gantry & In-house Overhead types)
are comparatively low ( In line with Master Plan, the new and
mordern equipment and machinery are being purchased and
load out area for heavy lift)
Upgrading of Existing Facilities and Capabilities
www.duanemorris.com 22
To approach systematic Process Line (Stock Yard to Production Lines)
To look for more certified inspectors for NDT services
Efficient use of advanced Welding Processes and Technologies
Occupational Health & Safety Management System that is under
development.
Quality Management System is under progressing.
Upgrading of Existing Facilities and Capabilities (2)
