• Educational Responses– Establish professional learning communities to support teachers’ use of

ICT-supported learning. – Strengthen the infrastructure for technical vocational education and

training, as well as the quality of higher education.

etc) as well as with businesses. – Creating opportunities for students to collaborate across regions and

cultures
