Future Care is currently providing manpower to the Auto Industry, Banking, Payments Companies.

Despite the fact that we are only a 4 year old Company, we have made our presence felt in the Market.

Mr. Deepak Deshpande, our new Director has spent more than 38 years with Tata Motors and during this

long stint he was responsible for management of the whole gamut of Flexi-Workforce. He was also

responsible for the flexi-workforce contracts in South Africa and for Branch Office in Russia.

The parent Company is a well established Courier Company with high level of integrity and trust

Our Directors are in this field for more than 35 years and have handled all possible issues pertaining to management of flexi-manpower.

Ensuring a better service once we understand the clients’ requirements

Currently 800 + Associates working with Tata Group, Allied Partners, Banking and Payment Clients etc.

Organizations can easily get Service Providers who can

provide them the temporary manpower. But very rarely

they will find some one who can take cent percent

ownership of the flexi-workforce, 100% compliances

under the labour laws. We are the only one who have

first decided--what we will not do! For many others ,

the genuine concern for the welfare of the temp staff

presentations and the ground realities will be huge. We

groomed under the shadows of Tata Culture. We

rolls who exclusively work to provide courier services to
