Fusion Project concept

INTRODUCTION

Hello and welcome! I believe we might know what you are thinking at this very moment:Who are these guys? And more importantly …what is The Fusion Project?

Well, keep on reading and you will find all the answers; laid out in a professional and, we hope, quick and concise manner. Grant us a few minutes of your time, just long enough to make a presentation without following the usual strict rules of international business.

We are mostly Italians, but not exclusively, and we have put all of our work skills together.

We have gained experience and expertise from all over the world. We have always sought quality and humanity in the ideas of people who are, and will be, a part of this project. We are ambitious, but not arrogant. We are optimistic, but we are also aware of the difficulties involved in envisioning projects and then turning them into reality. We believe in our ideas, but we are careful and open to advice and suggestions from those who want to talk to us.

It’s no coincidence that our motto is:“The right idea can come from anywhere, at anytime!”And we believe that ideas, when they are really good, will have the strength to stand alone without unnecessary fears and complications. So we have de-cided to take the more simple and straightforward approach to introduce our dream and will describe and illustrate it in detail in the following pages.

We then plan to do it, but not alone:We love intelligent solutions and admire intelligent people.Precisely, for this reason, we are confident that we have chosen the right people to dialogue with and we will be happy to welcome your valuable suggestions and advice. THE FUSION PROJECT

The project will be called “THE FUSION PROJECT”.The name is just to signify the fusion of multiple innovative elements that you will discover in the course of the presentation.Indeed, the synergies between professional sports, entertainment, sports aca-demy, charity programs and environmental awareness in a city like Las Vegas, unite the idea of our green village as a whole entity and promote the optimal conditions for a sharing of values between very different worlds.

The VILLAGE

Entering the Village Green means being projected into a compelling and en-gaging experience, where great attention to the training of the individual and harmonic, technological innovation happily coexist, and where sports people of all ages can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the sports facilities and sup-port structures.Every avenue, every building, every flowerbed of the Village represents the per-fect balance between man and nature, human potential and dreams, between individual affirmation and the sense of belonging, between technological pro-gress and environmental awareness.The ample space of the various Sports Academies for young people and their growth characterizes the spirit of the whole project and it permeates its crea-tion from the beginning.

SPIRIT AND MATTERThe spirit of the project is the attention that will be paid to the harmonious de-velopment of mind and body and ethical values in sports, not just for the athle-tes of today and tomorrow, but also for those who love sports with a passion.The design of facilities for people with their characteristics of beauty, elegance and functionality is a very ambitious mission, but it is the chief objective.The merger of these elements, therefore, has generated the entire architectu-ral project.

THE BEATING HEART OF THE VILLAGE - HEROES HILL STADIUM

The futuristic Heroes Hill, the “amazing” stadium of the Sports Village, will be able to accommodate 70,000 spectators and will feature a sensational eco-friendly revolution because of the shapes, materials and technologies used.

THE BEAUTIFUL MIND OF THE VILLAGE - H3O HEROES HILL HOTEL

The amazing H3O towers will be the nerve center of the Village. It will host the management offices and offer hospitality to athletes - and their entourage - who use our facilities. The flagship will be the convention center that will be able to welcome participants from all over the world and will host conferences on issues of international sport and issues related to them (the world revolves around us).

SPORTS ACADEMY

The Sports Academy, for each sport in this Village, will be the backbone of the entire project. Surrounded by greenery and perfectly integrated with the structures of larger dimensions intended for professional sport. It will offer educational systems - advanced training and the ability to encourage young athletes who will become professional athletes of tomorrow, while also foste-ring a healthy environment and learning experience for all.

THE HEROES GREEN CENTER deserves a separate mention. The labora-tory research and development of Motorsport Village was created to provide a decisive contribution to the improvement and enhancement of electric motors for 2 and 4 wheel racing vehicles!

The city of Las Vegas has long been the reference and guidance of an advan-ced technological world, and our HAR wants to be in line with this spirit. The circuit that will be born around the laboratory will be a natural extension, the ideal ground for testing and racing cars and bikes.

THE GOLF COURSE is the green oasis in the Village. It meanders through the buildings, allowing you to play sports and to enjoy the amazing scenery at the same time. It gives a great view of the imposing beauty of Heroes Hill Stadium and the captivating suppleness of the stunning H3O Congress Centre.

Tennis, Basketball, Football, Boxing, Horse Riding, Athletics, Swimming, with their respective Academy, complete the sports landscape of our Vil-lage. All disciplines contribute actively, as already mentioned, to form a be-neficial climate of aggregation, healthy debate and emulation, which are the necessary ingredients and right for the winning recipe ... Champion!

ZERO IMPACT PHILOSOPHYThe buildings of the Green Village will be oriented according to the best pos-sible climate geo-axis respecting the natural solar cycle in the specific area of intervention.

The multi-storey car parks will hide cars from view and giving back many gre-en areas to the earth and to the community.

Preference will be given to ecological construction materials, techniques and systems. Much of the roof will be a garden and partly walkable; it will also re-trieve rainwater for irrigation of green areas and for use in other public spaces.More precisely, the plant will be managed through a combination of renewable energy sources. The heating and cooling of buildings will be done thanks to a photovoltaic system that produces heat and clean energy.

The photovoltaic system will use solar energy and will be in service environ-ments such as locker rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The lighting of the sta-dium will be low consumption, as will be the air conditioning systems and water heating. All business units and accommodation contained within it will exploit this principle.

No fossil fuel will be burned within the complex. The “Stadium” will only use solar energy and geothermal heat pumps to generate their own needs. A good part of the roof (the extension of coverage to the two squares) will be covered with solar panels with high energy efficiency that will generate almost all of the electricity needed. The rainwater collected and not completely dispersed will be channeled into the building to be completely recycled and reused for irriga-tion of green areas. The intent of this proposal is therefore to obtain a building complex with impact and pollution = 0.

SOCCER AS A DRIVING FORCE OF THE FUSION PROJECT

To make this dream possible and to transform it into reality we have tried to identify a sport that acted as a driving force for the entire project, attracting resources and support to be also used by other sporting activities. It will be possible to create a real sports city in which, as mentioned, all have equal di-gnity, visibility and attention, and will be ready to accept, receive and convey the emotions and passions that animate athletes and supporters. To us it was natural to assign Soccer, the most popular sport in the world, such a role.

The Fusion Project will come to life in a majestic and harmonious eco-sustai-nable zero environmental impact arena, where athletes, parents, supporters and fans will be able to share moments of life immersed in an environment that, for architectural solutions, features and sports culture, will become a re-ference point for the entire world of sport in the United States.

This is why the creation of a new sports reality, along with the creation of the modern Global Green & Social Sports Village, has major advantages in the aspect of identity and representation in the field of sport in the city. This will avoid leaving the city without a facility capable of hosting major events.

The youth academy will be a pleasant surprise with its facilities and organiza-tion for the service of youth sports.

You’ve probably noticed that little No. 2 over the word Social, and maybe you have wondered about its meaning. Well, we are ready to unveil the mystery. That Social squared is to indicate that our Social Sports Village will be raised to the power of two!Besides being the scene of many projects and initiatives to make sport a mo-ment for aggregation and social integration, it will make use of all the explored (and unexplored … !!!) potential of the Social Network to disseminate and communicate our mission in the best way possible and to a wider audience that we will reach. Our magnificent Heroes Hill will be the first Social Stadium where each seat will be an actual real multimedia workstation that allows you to interact with the community inside the stadium, and even outside of it.

The 4 big screens hanging over the field will be reference points for comments, images and messages and viewers will be able to send them live to the control desk, which will then transmit them directly to the big screen. It will be possible to organize interactive games and all sorts of promotional campaigns for tho-se who are present inside the stadium, and for those who are far away, making everyone feel participants and protagonists alike. Not only the stadium, but the whole village will be equipped with the appro-priate technology to capture and transmit live events taking place within the center. Just think what it would mean, for parents, to assist in the training of their chil-dren in all disciplines and courses that will be held in the village!The potentials are endless. The only limit is your imagination! Indeed, right now we are proposing a real challenge to our future technology partners: find the most original and innovative ideas and then transform them into a surpri-sing and exciting reality. Also, in this case we have no doubt … there is No one Like us !!!

Why Las Vegas

The elements that have led to the identification of the community of Las Vegas as an ideal setting for the realization of our Green Village are:

Total absence of competitors. The Village would fill a huge void that nowa-days is no longer justifiable for professional sports, it will also provide a power-ful cultural and social whole community.

Las Vegas is one of the most prominent cities in the world. In fact, the city holds the world record for the organization of international events as part of entertainment. Given the huge user base available to it, about 40 million visi-tors a year, the creation of the Green Village could become, with speed and global resonance, a point of reference in the world of sport, with the leadership and business skills that the whole world already widely recognizes.

Further strengthen its receptivity as part of entertainment. The con-struction of Heroes Hill, an arena of modular capacity, which would be able to hold up to a maximum of 70,000 spectators (90,000 in the case of live con-

certs), would dramatically expand the possibility of organizing sports events, music and other spectacular events in general, due to the continuous shifts of people that the huge number of visitors guarantee.

The fallout in terms of economy and visibility for the community. The per-fect harmony between the philosophy of The Fusion Project and the natural vocation of the city of Las Vegas as a host of major events, will establish a realization of exceptional perception of the city as a great place to spend an extraordinary vacation, and/or as the setting for conferences and Congress who have the full, enthusiastic approval of all participants, from anywhere in the world they come from. Strategic Assets: Entertainment and Naming rightsIf it is true that sport is the absolute protagonist of the life of the Village, we should not overlook the enormous potential of the magnificent arenas in it that

will be the natural stage for entertainment events of extraordinary levels. The-re will be a stadium with 70,000 seats (which could go up to 90,000 with the use of the field), which is designed to host concerts and/or any other events focusing very much on multimedia. This venue coupled with the location of Las Vegas, with its 40 million visitors a year who are ready to respond enthu-siastically to these high-level events together with the Las Vegas inhabitants, is a perfect setting.

Not only the stadium but also all the other facilities of the Village are designed to turn into venues that can be transformed into stages for music, shows and other events in general.Therefore the possibility of accommodating many high profile events like spor-ts and entertainment will increase its value and visibility and encourage busi-nesses to get involved, especially where naming rights are concerned.

Naming Rights

In the private sector, naming rights are a financial transaction and form of ad-vertising whereby a corporation or other entity purchases the right to name a facility or event, typically for a defined period of time. For properties like a mul-

ti-purpose arena, a performing arts venue or an athletic field, the term ranges from 3 to 20 years. Longer terms are more common for higher profile venues such as a professional sports facility.The distinctive characteristic for this type of naming rights is that the buyer gets a marketing property to promote products and services, promote custo-mer retention and/or increase market share.

There are several forms of corporate sponsored names. A presenting spon-sor attaches the name of the corporation or brand at the end (or, sometimes, beginning) of a generic, usually traditional, name (e.g. Mall of America Field at Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome). A title sponsor replaces the original name of the property with a corporate-sponsored one, with no reference to the pre-vious name.

Stadium namingStadium naming may have shifted in recent years to promoting corporate tra-de names, but in earlier decades is largely traced to the family names of com-pany founders.The record for the highest amount paid for naming rights belongs to Citi Field (opened in 2009) and Barclays Center (opened in 2012), both located in New York City, US. Each garnered deals of $20 million per year for at least 20 years, totaling $400 million.

The New Meadowlands Stadium, shared home of the New York Giants and New York Jets in East Rutherford, New Jersey, US., was expected to eclipse both deals, with experts estimating it would have a value of $25–30 million an-nually. It ultimately fell short of that benchmark, with MetLife Stadium earning $17 million annually from its naming rights deal with MetLife.

As you can no doubt can then appreciate, our structure, in itself is unique and original not only in the landscape of American professional sports, but in anything that can be compared to it over the entire planet. Set in a unique lo-cation like Las Vegas, it can rightly aspire to reach unimaginable value for the transfer of rights on the Naming Rights. You can also easily understand why the number of sports as entertainment events that the village will be able to host and the knock off effect that such events can have in a special place like Las Vegas will have no comparison inside and outside of the United States.

The natural consequence of this will be its ability to attract big companies, like a magnet, that will compete with tens of millions to get their name on the Village.

Relationships with educational and training institutions of the territory

At this point of the presentation of the project, it will certainly be clear to everyone that our idea of the Sports Academy as an educational organization that works hand in hand with the crème de le crème of the sporting world, in a panorama of integration and multidisciplinary approach, is unparalleled in the world sports scene.

The resulting idea, then, is to create multiple partnerships with all educational institutions, the College and the University in the area, in order to create a kind of educational network in which to pool resources, facilities and technical expertise.

The precious fruit of this virtuosity will share a wealth of knowledge and exper-tise that will have inevitable repercussions on the area in terms of excellence in sports performance, good management practice and careful planning of spectacular events.

In a nutshell, extraordinary events are expected to become business as usual in Las Vegas!

Training programs - previously agreed to with the College and University in the area - with attractive job prospects, thanks to degree programs to address sports management and marketing sports, could come out of all of this.

Finally, to end this presentation we devised a simple mathematical formula which is easy to store and pleasant to apply.

The Fusion Project Equation:

(2,000,000 pop Las Vegas + 40,000,000 visitors) x Green Village =

42,000,000 happy people.
