    Celebrating Life Fulfilled

  • 8/9/2019 Funeral Program for Wilbert Felix Permel aka Wilbert Pidge Permel - January 22nd 2010

We can shed tears that he is gone,

Or we can smile because he has lived.

We can close our eyes and pray that he

will come back, or we can open our

eyes and see that he has left.

Our hearts may be empty because we

cant see him, or we can be full of

the love that we shared. We can turn

our back on tomorrow and live on

yesterday, or we can be happy for

    tomorrow because of yesterday.

We can remember him and only that he

is gone or we can cherish his memory

    and let it live on.

We can cry and close our minds, be

empty and turn our backs, or

We can do what he would want:Smile, open our eyes, love,TAKE A DRINK, and move on.

They say memories are golden well maybe that is true.

We never wanted memories, we only wanted you.A million times we needed you, a million times we cried.

If love alone could have saved you, you never would have

    died.

In life we loved you dearly; in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place no one could ever fill.

If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane,

Wed walk the path to heaven and bring you back again.

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same.

But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
