If these rights are violated by any individual, corporate body or any arm of the State, the affected party can go to Court.

1. RIGHT TO EQUALITY

Article 14 to 16 but in Article 17 to 18 Social Equality collectively discussed. Article 14 about Guarantees equality before law.Article 15 Probhits Discrimination on the grounds of only of religion, Race, Sex, Place of Birth or Any of them.Article 16 Guarantees equality of opportunity.Article 17 Untouchbility is probhited and protection of civil right Act 1955 has been erected by the parliament to further this objective.Article 18 Not to use Titles but Bharat Ratna and Army Title is allowed.

Article 19 to 22..Article 19 Freedom of Speech But not in the cost of Sovereignty and Integrity of India , Security of State, Friendly Relation with foreign countries.Article 20 Freedom to assemble peacefully but not with the arms.Article 21Life and personal liberty After Menka Gandhi case Livelihood, Clean Environment , Good Health , Speedy Trial for prisoners. 21A. 3.RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION

Article 23 and 24 Article 23 Prohibits Human Trafficking making

it an offence punishable by law and also prohibits forced labor or any act of compelling a person to work without wages , and Bonded labor system is prohibited by constitution of India in 1976 has been acted by parliament to give effect to this Article.

Article 24 Prohibited the employment of children below the age of 14.

4. Right to Freedom of Religion Freedom of religion in India is a

fundamental right guaranteed by Article 15 and Article 25 of the Constitution of India. Modern India came into existence in 1947 and the Indian constitution's preamble was amended in 1976 to state that India is a secular state.

2. To uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of the country

3. To defend the country and render national service when called upon to do so

4. To promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all people in India.

5. To protect and improve our national environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife.
