A-External charging (Corona) When

100KV is release at the gun tip(corona discharge) it breaks the airbetween gun tip and object. It breaksthe air gap (known as ionization). inmillions of ions of both the polarity.I.e. -ve and +ve.

A-The +ve ions will attract toward thegun tip as it is of ve polarity(opposite charge attracts) and get

earthed. The powder releasing fromthe gun will the collide with ve ionsin the field and will acquire ve

charge. The charged powder willmove towards object, which isearthed. The powder is chargeexternally.

A-Internal charging (Tribo) Tribo

type gun powder is charged byfriction. The powder moving inthe gun gets rubbing action with

the charge media and getcharged.

recovery. The collectionefficiency is about 85% to 90%.Due to tangentially entry colour

change takes much time.

A-Rotary recovery: Instead oftangential entry, rotary cyclone

offers axial entry to the powderladed air. By offering axial entrythe duct has totally eliminatedwith result in fast colour change.

A-Axial entry cyclone is providedwith rotary wings which gives

A-Cartridge filter: The cartridgefilter is special recovery. The

filter is made of aluminiumcoated polyester. The blower willsuck the powder. The powder will

get on the outside of filter andclean air will be exhausted to theatmosphere.

A-The filter cartridge is provided withthe cleaning system. The air will beblast inside of filter which willdislodge the powder accumulate onoutside of the filter. The powder willbe collected at powder collection bin.

The cartridge recovery offers 100%powder recovery.
