The Parlour Bar is a nod to the rich and storied history of The Prince Consort Hotel. Guests will find the traditional pub they know and love reimagined into a lush, stylish gastro-pub befitting the building’s historical architecture, with the main bar featuring as a grand centerpiece to the venue.

The Palour Bar is great for after work drinks, small or large gatherings, with ample seating space and an array of seating options. Tucked away, to the side of the bar, there is TAB available, and up front and center of the Palour Bar are two spacious front window areas for you to enjoy day and night.

The Garden Bar is one of the largest open-air oases in the Valley. Brimming with botanicals, it’s summer all year round. Boasting an expansive outdoor bar with 12 taps, favourite classic cocktails, wines and spirits. The area features a stadium sized screen, a rustic outdoor wood fire pizza oven and menu to match. With ample seating space, staging capabilities and a dance floor. The Garden can be booked exclusively for large events, or sectioned for smaller groups wanting a great entertainment space.

Originally the cellar underneath the 132-year-old building of the Prince Consort, Greaser bar is a proud dive bar. Deep in the cracks of Fortitude Valley and hidden down an alleyway, this venue is truly unique, harbouring both heritage brick archways, and graffiti murals, creating a sin-camouflaging backdrop. Outside and overlooking the Garden Bar of the Prince Consort with a view of the outdoor screen, this airy space can have its own private popup bar as you look down on everything that’s happening, you will be the first to know where the real action is.

The Deck is themed to match with plants surrounding, creating a much sought-after escape from Brisbane’s concrete jungle.

Ideal for relaxing and refreshing yourself, or getting things started before venturing further into The Prince’s array of other outlets. When choosing your own adventure, it’s the perfect place to start or finish!

Back Stage

The space that celebrates and embodies the eclectic and glamorous side of rock ’n’ roll. Picture wild, luxurious, star studded parties, like those that Bowie was famous for... Welcome to Back Stage. Featuring velvet booths and a vintage barber’s chair; Bowie’s 80’s style eccentrics shine throughout this room. Includes balcony DOSA.

Back Stage is also available for mid-week business meetings and lunches for up to 30 people.

Bowie Rooms Perfect for any occasion, be it seated or standing, where you can enjoy both canapes or one of our famous banquet packages. Discover the gracious antler-filled hallway and let Bowie lead the way with his eyes. Inspired by the infamous David Bowie portrait and the iconic man himself, these 2 rooms can be hired individually or together, each with their own private bar and private balconies. All hail the 400 Rabbit Gods! According to Aztec

folklore, the Goddess of Alcohol, Mayahuel, and

the God of Medicine, Petecatl, shared a night

so passionate they bred 400 Rabbit Gods who

reigned supreme, causing mischief at celebrations

around the world. Yep, it’s one cracker of a story!

These thirsty rabbits were the life of the party

from day one, gorging on fermented agave from

Mayahuel’s 400 breasts (!). It is said that when

drinking agave, the spirit of 400 Rabbits inhabits us

all.

Starring at 400 Rabbits Cantina is a range of

tequilas and Margaritas and a menu popping with

seasonal flavours. Inspired by the small bars of Las

Cabos, 400 Rabbits is drenched character and is

found on the ground floor. So, hop to it.
