Functions and Responsibilities of Technical Vocational Instructor Accountable to: the Program Head Accountable for: Program Implementation, Instruction Efficiency, Class Management Functions, Duties and Responsibilities: carry out the objectives and the course learning competencies through planned activities so lesson are effectively and efficiently delivered; work, plan, prepare and deliver to the optimum attainment of the course objectives and competencies; ensure the safety, good welfare and the proper conduct of the class ; observe order and proper decorum during class hours; be a role model in the observance of proper attendance in reporting to school and in class (time in and out), school activities and other required meetings or trainings; Be physically fit , psychologically and mentally prepared before going to class; Be emotionally/psychologically well by handling conflicts, problems, pressures professionally; communicate with colleagues, parents & students properly; plan carefully, submit promptly the necessary documents for the subjects assigned (syllabi, course outline, quarterly ILOs, weekly activity plan, activity sheets, accomplishment reports, etc.); keep complete, updated & accurate records (grades, school register, etc.) counsel/advise students when necessary; assist and cooperate in the yearly inventory of the school facilities, equipment and materials; proctor during summative assessments; ensure professional growth by attending graduate studies or seminars, trainings, certification programs, workshops, etc;

Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
