DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE RATES Individual Auditory Training: This service is provided in our office, in your home or in the community. $65/hour Functional Listening Skills Group: This service is provided on Thursdays at 5:30-7:00 p.m. in our office: 17 British American Boulevard in Latham. The focus of the group will be driven by needs expressed by group members but topics may include: context- specific listening skills, general education on Cochlear Implant compatible equipment, self-advocacy at home and at work, community advocacy and sound/meaning identification. $150/six week session: June 3, 10, 17 & 24 July 8 & 15. *At this time we do not accept insurance. Thank you for your interest in our Auditory Training services. Listed below you will find a description of services and associated rates.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE RATES

Individual Auditory Training: This service is provided in our office, in your home or in the community.

$65/hour

Functional Listening Skills Group: This service is provided on Thursdays at 5:30-7:00 p.m. in our office: 17 British American Boulevard in Latham. The focus of the group will be driven by needs expressed by group members but topics may include: context-specific listening skills, general education on Cochlear Implant compatible equipment, self-advocacy at home and at work, community advocacy and sound/meaning identification.

$150/six week session:June 3, 10, 17 & 24July 8 & 15.

*At this time we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with any necessary paperwork to support your claim.
