The Three Little Pigs Tavern boasts an amazing new outside functions area and private glass
internal room that can make your next function an event to remember. From Cocktail to Set
Menu, there are a range of packages to suit everyone. We can cater for groups of 5 up to 80.
With packages for small conference meetings to large engagement party occasions.
Since the Tavern caters for so many diverse events and functions each individual occasion
varies by nature and also by the number of people attending. We have developed a room hire
system with different packages which attempts to reward our clients and limit the risk of over
spending when planning your special event.

The recently redecorated outside function area at Three Little Pigs Tavern is the ideal place for
any occasion with its comfortable atmosphere, new decor and specialized craft bar. The Tavern
creates an affordable, yet highly commendable option for your event whether it is a work
meeting, an engagement party, sit-down dinner or a milestone birthday for that special someone.
The area has a seating capacity of 50 persons and can provide for 40 – 80 persons for cocktail
style parties. This setting can be ideal for either a casual gathering of friends for a birthday or a
more formal atmosphere that is required for an engagement party as we are more than happy to
decorate and theme the area to your liking with our flexible decorating packages.

Our Private Glass Room is tucked away inside our main restaurant with a beautiful varnished
solid timber table that seats up to 14 people comfortably. Perfect for small conference meetings,
corporate lunches or even just a quiet group dinner.

Bar Tab is set by Dollar Limit and is not limited by a time frame. The function holder may
decide what they would like available on this type of bar tab, the functions manager can offer
suggestions if needed.

Bar Tab is set by the amount consumed within the time frame specified. .
FULLY CUSTOMISABLE BEVERAGE PACKAGE
We are always happy to discuss any beverage package you would like, please do not hesitate
to ask the Function Manager if variations are possible. Our Outside Beer Garden has a private
three tap bar that you are able to choose three beers from our range which includes;
XXXX Gold, Tooheys New, James Squire 150 Lashes, James Squire Hop Thief, James Squire
Orchard Crush, Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, Rogers, Kosciuszko, White Rabbit Dark Ale.
Additional keg options may be able to be made please just ask our Functions Manager.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please note that most special requests can be catered for including Vegetarian, Gluten Free
and Allergen Listings, not to mention changes in the room by agreement with the Functions
Manager.
AREA SETUP CHARGES
Charges start at $150 which applies to all functions held in the Outside Beer Garden so we can
set up the area prior to your function and reset the room after your function.
We are happy to arrange the furniture and room setup in our function areas according to your
specific needs where possible. Please be aware that extensive furniture changes will incur an
extra charge. This charge includes any of the following decorations in accordance with your
event type and chosen theme;
• Tea light candles in glass candle holders
• Bunches of helium balloons
• Non-helium balloons
• Chalk board writing entry sign
• Customized signs/menus
• Theme specific decorations
FUNCTION EXTRAS
SECURITY
Crowd Controllers are available to all functions if requested.
Talk to the functions manager for more information.
For events or parties where the majority of the guests will be under 25 years of age, crowd
controllers are Compulsory and this cost is to be borne by the function holder.
ENTERTAINMENT
We have our own in house Audio System which music can be played through with an AUX
cable. The outside function area can hold a setting for a live band or duo. With a proficient
sound audio system, The Tavern is open to having your own band come and play for the event
or can quite willingly organize a band for you. If organized through the Tavern the band’s cost
will be additional to the total cost of the event
AV SYSTEM
The Outside Beer Garden area at Three Little Pigs Tavern does have a television monitor for
function holders to utilise with appropriate content. Please feel free to discuss with our
functions manager.

EVENT GUIDELINES
The following terms and conditions have been devised to guarantee your event is run
professionally and smoothly for your individual benefit.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION
• A prospective booking will be held for a maximum time of 14 days. If the event is not confirmed
prior to this time then the area may be released without notice.
• In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the deposit will only be given if the cancellation is
received within 2 weeks before the function date.
• If the cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before the function date, the deposit will be
forfeited and retained by the Tavern.
PAYMENT
• Full payment for all events must be received 7 days prior to commencement of the event, along
with the number guests attending.
• Credit card, cash and cheque are all acceptable means of payment.
• Cheque payments are required to be made 14 days prior to the event and made payable to The
Little Pigs Tavern.
• Any additional costs incurred during the event such as beverages, must be paid before or at the
conclusion of the function.
LICENSING COMPLIANCES
• All entertainment arrangements must meet our Tavern regulations including sound levels and
completion times.
• Three Little Pigs Tavern function area is licensed to provide alcohol until 12pm, with last drinks
being offered at 11:30pm. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests after this time.
• During any event, it is left to management’s discretion the decision of whether to close before
the agreed time. This can be relevant if patrons become disorderly or event numbers do not
justify the bar remaining open.
• Three Little Pigs Tavern, along with staff members, endorses the responsible service of alcohol
and complies with all rules and regulations within Liquor Act 1992.
• EVENT • GUIDELINES
• Management support employees who practice Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• A parent or legal guardian must accompany any guest under the age of 18, unless pre-arranged
with the function coordinator. Under 18’s are not permitted to consume alcohol at a private
function under any circumstances, even when parents are present.
• Any guest without government issued photographic identification will not be allowed to purchase
or consume alcohol (current passport, driver’s license or an 18+ card).
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
• The Tavern will expect delivery of goods and equipment related to your event no less than 1
day before function date and must be collected within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
• Menu details are required 7 days prior to the event along with special dietary requirements.
• Food or beverages are not permitted to be brought on to the Tavern premises with the
exception of birthday/ celebratory cakes and baby/toddler food/drink.
• All prices shown are current however they are subject to change without notice for reasons of
seasonal availability.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• It is the client’s responsibility that all guests behave in an orderly manner during the function.
• All guests are expected to abide by licensing laws such as Responsible Service of Alcohol
under which the Tavern operates.
INSURANCE AND DAMAGES
• The client assumes all financial responsibility for any damages incurred to Three Little Pigs
Tavern property during an event or function.
• Management and staff at the Tavern will provide sufficient care to look after guests property but
will accept no responsibility for damage or loss of goods, equipment and property left on the
premises prior to, during and after the event.
• CONFIRMATION & AGREEMENT
FOOD – Final Payment 48 hours prior to function.
BAR - On day of event.
SECURITY – Final payment 48 hours prior to function.
AREA HIRE - Upon Booking function.
AREA SET UP FEE – Upon Booking function.
DEPOSIT – 25% upon booking confirmation, non-refundable within 7 days of the function.
