Fulton County Community Center MARCH2018 The Golden Chronicle sponsored this month by First Federal Savings Bank Dear Friends, As I set here at my desk looking at my calendar, it looks like March is just a few days away. It is just unreal how fast things seem to be going in life. I can hear the birds singing right outside my window and believe it or not, the sun is shining. What a better day it is when the sun shines. Hopefully before long, we will be able to go outside and pick up the yard and do some things that need attention. I have spring fever as I am sure a lot of you do. Being stuck inside all winter is just not fun. I love to mow and plant flowers and have cookouts with friends in the summer. How about you? What do you enjoy doing? I think one thing I enjoy, is to be able to open my windows and let the fresh air in. I just enjoy that so much. Or hang a few clothes out on the line to get that fresh smell. It is really nice to put out a garden so we can have fresh produce, but its a lot of hard work. Even though we still have a ways to go until it really warms up, it will go fast Im sure. The weather sure seems to have changed in Indiana from what it was as a child for me. How about for you? I know their have been a lot of big changes for the generations before me. I en- joy setting back and thinking about those days when things were so much different and life seemed so much easier. Like when no one had cell phones, colored TV, gas was cheap, hamburger, bread, and milk were cheap and people seemed happier. Try to set back relax, and think about what we all call the old days, I think it will bring a smile to your face. Have a great month. Stay well. Georgia

The Golden Chronicle sponsored this month by First Federal Savings Bank

Dear Friends,

As I set here at my desk looking at my calendar, it looks like March is just a few days away. It is really nice to put out a garden so we can have fresh produce, but it’s a lot of hard work. Even though we still have a ways to go until it really warms up, it will go fast I’m sure. The weather sure seems to have changed in Indiana from what it was as a child for me. How about for you? I know their have been a lot of big changes for the generations before me. I en-joy setting back and thinking about those days when things were so much different and life seemed so much easier. Like when no one had cell phones, colored TV, gas was cheap, hamburger, bread, and milk were cheap and people seemed happier. Try to set back relax, and think about what we all call the old days, I think it will bring a smile to your face. Have a great month. Stay well.

Wrap each piece of chicken with a half

slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
