We are in a world today where businesses are fast growing and internationally woven. In
such a context, challenges in working styles and diversifi ed business practices are a given.

Who are the facilitators?
Stefan Gebert is based in New Delhi and works as a trainer and facilitator in organisational change and personnel development. Stefan’s approach to training and coaching is strongly driven by his fi rm conviction towards the empowerment of individuals through authenticity and constructive feedback. He has worked both in multinational corporations and small/medium enterprises with a total experience of 8 years living and working in various countries.
Manna Biswas is based in New Delhi and man-ages planning, monitoring and evaluation with a non-profi t organisation. He specializes in train-ing and facilitating organisations/individuals on evidence based decision making and result based project management. Manna believes in experiential learning and enjoys seeing participants explore and learn through training processes. His experience of 11 years has ranged from grassroot to multinational organisations.
