At Global Diagnostics our ultrasound department is growing and we are looking for experienced, ambitious, professional sonographers to join our team.

Global Diagnostics value sonographer skills and recognise sonographer expertise in the diagnostic management of patients. Our appointment times are in line with BMUS recommendations and take into account the patient journey and sonographers’ well-being at all times. We provide a safe, friendly, calm work environment where your professional opinion, knowledge and input will be used to shape and improve our ultrasound service.

All the ultrasound clinics are in state-of-the-art new buildings and meet a high clinical standard. These clinics are predominantly Dublin-based but there is scope for travel. A radiology assistant, who also acts as a chaperone, is present to assist the sonographer and the patient at all times. We perform a wide variety of general medical ultrasound scans including MSK and DDH scanning. Opportunities to up-skill are encouraged and supported.

We pride ourselves on flexibility and understand the needs of the work/life balance. With our scheduling options we can arrange ultrasound lists to fit the needs of our staff.

CORU registration. Post-graduate qualification in ultrasound. Two years plus experience in ultrasound.
