LEADERSHIP LETTERThe Boise area is a great place to live, work and play! We have good jobs, affordablehousing and a safe, clean and vibrant downtown. The abundant year round recreationalopportunities, year round cultural events and even more important, our amazing peoplethat call this home. Boise and the surrounding communities afford a quality of lifesecond to none.“Boise’s residents may spend their days enjoying nature, but they fill their eveningsdining on locally sourced cuisine, enjoying an opera performance and sipping deliciouscocktails.” (U.S. News & World Report). One of my favorite parts about working on a local real estate team is the opportunity toshare information with our clients on all that the Boise area has to offer. My family andI are constantly exploring the area, including places with no cell phone service. It ismy pleasure to share a glimpse of what it looks like to make Boise your home.

We experience all 4 seasons here. So, if you like fall colors, or warm sunny days or colder weather, you can have them all. The region doesn’t get too cold in the winter and the summers, though sometimes hot, are tempered by the dry climate, cool nights and pleasant breeze. The high desert climate also means clear skies and sunny days!

BOISE MUSIC FESTIVAL2 4 6 N 8 T H S T , B O I S E , I D
Every weekend there is a festival of some sort happening.Sometimes it is music; other times it is about art. Eitherway, we like to get together, have fun and appreciate thetalents of others performing or creating. People come fromall over the world for several of them, like McCall’s WinterCarnival or Art in the Park. Many times it is about thepeople attending as much as it is the headliner. And don’tthink we don’t attract talent! Check out the local concertsthis year and all the stars that put Boise on their tour.
