Every Superior dust collector is made from a combination of 7, 10, and 12 gauge material. Every unit is powder coated for maximum durability inside and out.

Vertical filters are far more effective than horizontal filters for two reasons.

1. Dust does not stack up on vertical surfaces.

2. Filters are more easily cleaned in a vertical state, which makes them last longer.

All Superior dust collectors have a built in abrasive inlet with heavy duty impact plate. This forces the dust particles down into the hopper, and only fine dust is drawn onto the cartridges. This reduces dust loading, making filters last longer, and there is no need for expensive add on equipment.

PLUG AND PLAY DESIGN EFFICIENTBUILT IN TRIPLE PROTECTIONOur downdraft tables are fully self contained, meaning all you have to do is plug it in and go to work! Prewired from the factory, our tables are designed to exceed 250 foot per minute of downdraft suction. Dirty air is run through a highly efficient cartridge filter and clean air is exhausted to the left of the workstation.

For applications that involve sparks, we have pre-engineered 3 levels of spark arrestance.

1. Drop out tray for heavy slag.

2. Wrap around all but the bottom 20% of the cartridge.

3. Fire retardant coating on filter.

The cartridge filter is self cleaning at the push of a button with compressed air and effectively removes dust at 99.97% efficiency.

HIGH PERFORMANCE DESIGNWe can equip any of our downdraft tables with our "spray package." This package includes the following modifications to our standard tables:

1. Encloses the side, top and back of the unit to make it an open face booth.

2. Replace the cartridge filters with a set of panel spray pre-filters, NESHAP 319 final stage bag filter and carbon after filter modules to control VOC's.

3. Use of a Class 1, Div 1 and 2 explosion rated motor and spark proof impeller.

4. Add Protective Mat over grating to protect paint and parts coatings.
