Pull down the UPS OnLine Connect menu. Select the Keyed Import option. Then select the “More…” menu option.

How FreightLink Works…
Once the “Enter Import Key” dialog appears, enter an ACCPAC Sales Order number and press <Enter>. FreightLink’s Customer Import automatically pulls the UPS “Ship To” data from ACCPAC and populates the UPS OnLine WorldShip screen. No data entry and no mistakes!

After your “Ship To” information is automatically populated by FreightLink’s Customer Import utility, the only thing left for you to do is to enter your package information. After entering your package information and pressing the “Process Shipment” button, FreightLink goes to work again. This time, FreightLink stores your package information in the FreightLink Shipment Editor.

The Shipment Editor allows users to view shipments and their packages before “End Of Day” is performed in UPS OnLine WorldShip.
In the Shipment Editor, you can edit missing or errant Sales Order numbers, note differences in customer information and set shipments to Non-ACCPAC shipments. A Non-ACCPAC shipment will NOT be processed by FreightLink and therefore is not used to update ACCPAC Sales Orders.
To have FreightLink process your shipments, “End Of Day” has to be completed in UPS OnLine WorldShip. As the “End Of Day” process is performed, FreightLink takes each shipment in turn and updates your ACCPAC Sales Orders with the shipping costs, package ID and tracking number.

FreightLink creates a miscellaneous line miscellaneous line itemitem complete with shipping cost, package ID’s and tracking numbers for the sales order number entered in UPS Online WorldShip.
FreightLink stores the UPS package ID and tracking number in the commentcomment of the miscellaneous line item it creates.
FreightLink stores the UPS package ID and tracking number in the same beginning and ending column positions in the comment field so that you can easily add these valuable pieces of information to any ACCPAC report.
