Teachers can search for their classes for particular day and can generate their whole weak time table and can also send that as a mail to their mail address by just entering their name in correct format.

One First startup select your class and section and semester Number

To minimize inside the system tray

You can Set Alarm clock and choose shout down time if you have put your pc in some busy state such as

downloading etc.

NOTE: Alram clock will not work if you have closed the program.

Only valid inputs are possible.

COMPANYLOGOHow study-Manager works

Step 1: Enter Week number and Click at Create

then enter data into the week

Step 2: If you want to view previous records inter the

week number and click open

Step 3: After inserting new data inside table click save

button

Enter the Name of the subject here

Enter the description of daily task that you did in the class

Check this box if you have revised that subject at home

Whatever you are writing inside the work box it will also be displayed inside this box

meanwhile. And when ever you will move your mouse over it, while viewing previous records

See your GPA from given CRITERIA box w.r.t to obtain marks and enter here. If you have less number of subjects than the

provided boxes then keep them filled with 00

When you will click enter it will take you to another window to

calculate C-GPA

Enter your previous Obtain GPA and Total credit hours that you have cleared yet.

When you will search teacher or subject from the table. It will turn off the student mode. So the info panel will only show the day selected and will display the result

be in correct format

When you will click at the “Generate Mail” Button it will generate mail of the whole week timetable for

the selected class, so make sure you provided the

correct class , semester and section if any

Enter your desire mail address to send the time table at that

address.You can send mail at more that

one addresses at time same time by separating mail addresses by semi-col(,)
