Administrative Modification Minor changes within the admin modification procedures (Attachment 1) Approved by MPO (if delegated) or Caltrans (MPO without delegation) FSTIP admin mod approval is delegated to Caltrans 2. Amendment Major changes Includes additional requirements (public review, financial constraint, conformity, etc) FSTIP amendment public review is concurrent with the draft FTIP amendment Requires Caltrans and Federal approvals Caltrans Approval Time: 2-3 weeks
