Ghana is an amazingly beautiful place and is rich with ART and culture! Artisans there create pottery,
wood carvings,
glass beads,
Kente cloth,
batik,
and Adinkra cloth.
Ghana is rich in tradition, like the pouring of libations during visits and special occasions.
This is done to offer a drink to the ancestors who are gone in body, but are kept alive in spirit.
This is Nankese…
a typical village in Ghana.
The Nankese Community Health Post is a clinic where people can receive medical treatment.
This is Nankese’s Primary school.
This is a classroom inside the Nankese-Ada Primary School.
