1 PRODUCTOVERVIEW

The Free Skills Review of the website has been the main source of leads for the business ever since its launch mid-2014. It collects lead information from users while keeping the process conversational in nature, making it appear more than the usual lead form used by our competitors. It is therefore vital for this product to be regularly optimised, enhanced and customized for better user experience and engagement, directly benefitting the business’ lead conversion.

2 BUSINESSOBJECTIVES

This iteration of the Free Skills Review, version 3.0, has 2 main objectives:

1. FSR 3.0 Customer UI - Shift the overall layout of the FSR from the current 1-screen-per-step structure into a 1 long page containing all steps format.

2. FSR Generator (build 1.0) – Build a new “FSR Generator” min-platform that the Marketing team can log into and make new versions of the FSR without needing the intervention of the IT team every single time. Questions/form fields and number of screens can be customized, but will only be using the same UI as described in (1).
