Will the advice be tailored to my personal needs?

Yourfinancialplannerisobligedbylawtoactinyourbestinterests.Theadviceyoureceivemusttakeintoconsideration your individual investment objectives, financial situation and particular needs.Inorderforustoofferyouthemostappropriateadvice,you will be required to provide details of your personal objectives, current financial situation and any relevant information.

Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)

Annual fee disclosure statement (FDS)

Theannualfeedisclosurestatementprovidesinformationon the ongoing fee arrangements you have entered into with BendigoFinancialPlanning.TheFDSwillcontaininformationrelating to ongoing fees paid and the services you received orwereentitledtoreceive.TheFDSwillbeprovidedevery12months or as otherwise permitted under the law.

Record of Advice (ROA)

AfterprovidingyouwithinitialadviceinanSOA,anysubsequentpersonal advice that we provide to you will be documented in anROA,providedtherehasnotbeenanysignificantchangeinyour personal circumstances or the basis on which the initial advicewasprovided.Iffurtheroradditionaladviceisprovidedby your financial planner, you are able to obtain a written copy

ofthatadvice(ifithasnotalreadybeengiven)bycontactingyourfinancialplannerandrequestingacopyinwriting.Youcanrequestacopyupto7yearsaftertheadvicehasbeengiven.

Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)

ThePDSsetsoutthekeyfeatures,significantbenefits,risksand fees associated with the financial product.

YouwillreceiveaPDSwhenwemakearecommendationoncertainfinancialproducts(otherthansecurities)orarrangetheissue of a financial product.

Terms and Conditions

TermsandConditionswillbeprovidedtoyouifwerecommend,arrange, issue or offer to issue our basic deposit products to you.SimilartoaPDS,thisdocumentsetsoutthekeyterms,features, fees and charges associated with the product.

Service Agreement

TheServiceAgreementisaformalcontractthatoutlinesthebenefits,servicesandsupportprovidedbyBendigoFinancialPlanningforon-goingservice.Itisourcommitmenttoprovideyou with a holistic approach to financial planning.

Fulldisclosureonfeesandservices

BendigoFinancialPlannersaresalariedemployeesoftheBankandarenotremuneratedoncommission.Thecostofadviceischarged on a fee for service basis which is tailored to address your financial needs and objectives.

How are Bendigo Financial Planners remunerated?

BendigoFinancialPlannersaresalariedemployeesofthe bank and are not remunerated on commission. YourfinancialplannermaybeeligiblefortheGroup'sPerformanceBonusSchemehoweverthesebonuspayments are not an additional cost to you.

Where permitted by law your financial planner may also receivenon-monetarybenefitsfromproductproviders,suchas tickets to events or corporate promotional merchandise.

AllfeesassociatedwiththeadviceyoureceiveareclearlydisclosedinyourStatementofAdvicealongwithanyongoingservice costs.

Hourly advice fee

Asanalternativetopayingtheinitialadvicefeeandtheongoing advice fee, you may choose to pay an hourly advice fee which is determined on the basis of the number of hours thefinancialplannerspendsongivingyouadvice.AsatthedateofthisFSG,thehourlyratewillgenerallybeupto$250perhour.Ifhourlyfeesaretobecharged,theywillbefullydisclosed at the time the personal advice is provided to you or as soon as practicable thereafter.

Initial consultation

Thereisnochargefortheinitialconsultation.

Initial advice fees and charges

AfeewillbechargedforthepreparationofaSOA.Thefeewilltake into account the complexity of your needs, the amount of researchinvolvedandthetimetakentocompletetheplan.Thefee for preparing and implementing a financial plan generally rangesfrom$500to$10,000;althoughtheremaybeahigher

chargeformorecomplexrequirements.ThefeesandchargeswillbefullydisclosedintheSOAorassoonaspracticablethereafter.

TherearethreepaymentmethodsavailablefortheSOAandimplementation fee:

i. Adirectpaymentintheformofaservicefee(i.e.chequeand Bpay)

ii. Paymentviafundsreceivedfromtheproductprovider/swhose product/s we recommend

iii. Acombinationofbothiandii

Upfront commissions

Ifyouchoosetopayyourfeesthroughupfrontcommissions,the agreed commissions will be deducted by the product provider at the time the investment or insurance is placed, and forwardedtoBendigoFinancialPlanning.

Theactualrateofcommissionwilldependontheproduct,theservices provided and the amount invested, but will not exceed the following rates:

• RiskInsurance–upto142.45%ofthefirstyear’spremium

• Annuities–upto3.85%oftheamountinvested

• DirectShares–thegreaterof2.2%or$80persharetrade

Ongoing fees and charges

We provide an ongoing service to ensure the advice you receive remains relevant to your needs at each stage of your life. ByhavingaServiceAgreementinplaceyouwillcontinuetoreceive ongoing service from your financial planner including theprofessionalservicesprovidedbyBendigoFinancialPlanning’sadministration,training,researchandcomplianceteams.

Dependingonthecomplexityoftheadviceandthefrequencyofreviews,thefeeforaServiceAgreementgenerallyrangesfrom$1,000to$5,000.Formorecomplexrequirementstheremay be a higher charge.

Feesforongoingservicewillbeperiodicallydebitedfromyournominated bank account on a monthly, quarterly or half yearly basis(asnominatedbyyou).TheServiceAgreementandongoing service fee is reviewed annually.

Ongoing commissions

SomeproductprovidersmaypayongoingcommissionstoBendigoFinancialPlanningforthedurationofyourinvestment.Thiscommissioncoversthecostofprovidingsupporttoyou.

Therateofcommissionswilldependontheproduct,theservices provided and the amount invested, but will not exceed thefollowingrates(calculatedonaperannumbasis):

• ManagedFunds–upto0.88%perannumoftheinvestment balance

• MortgageFunds–upto0.38%perannumoftheinvestment balance

• RiskInsurance–upto33%oftheannualpremiuminthesecond and subsequent years

• Annuities–upto0.44%perannumoftheinvestmentbalance

Indeterminingtheongoingservicefee,wewilltakeintoaccount the ongoing commissions received from product providers.

Example:If$10,000isinvestedinaproductwheretheproductproviderpays4%initialand0.4%ongoingcommissions,wewillreceive$400atthetimetheinvestmentisplacedand0.4%ofthebalanceperyearthereafter.TheseamountswillbetakenintoaccountwhendeterminingthefeeforyourServiceAgreement.

Theongoingcommissionscanbedeductedbytheproductprovider from your investment and/or annual insurance premium.ThiscommissioncanbepaidtoBendigoFinancialPlanningweekly,monthly,quarterlyorannuallydepending on the product.

Note:AllfiguresquotedareinclusiveofGST.

Volume bonus arrangements

WehaveanarrangementwithIOOFInvestmentManagementLimited(asubsidiaryofIOOFHoldingsLimited)wherewereceiveVolumeCommissionbasedontheholdingsinIOOFproducts including:

• IOOFPortfolioService,PursuitandLifetrackinvestmentplatforms

TheVolumeCommissionsapplyasfollows:

Thisadditionalpaymentispaidbytheplatformproviderattheend of each quarter from its management costs and is not anextracosttoyou.AnyVolumeCommissionreceivedwillbedisclosed in our advice to you.

VolumeBonusDisclosures

AMP

BendigoFinancialPlanninghasanarrangementwithAMPLimitedwhereitmayreceiveadditionalcommission(“marginshare”)wheretheamountofnewlifeinsurancebusinessexceedscertaintargetswithina12monthperiod.Themaximumamountofmarginshareis15%ofnewannualpremium.Toachievethismarginsharecertaintargetsapply.BendigoFinancialPlanningisnoteligibleuntilAMPreceivesannualnewlifeinsurancepremiumsof$450,000resultingfromAMPlifeinsurancebusinesslodgedthroughBendigoFinancialPlanning.AtthispointBendigoFinancialPlanningmaybeeligibleforadditionalmarginshareofbetween7%and15%depending on the amount of new premiums and the number of lapsed insurance policies.

ThisadditionalpaymentispaidbyAMPandisnotanextracosttoyou.Anymarginsharereceivedwillbedisclosedinouradvice to you.

BendigoFinancialPlanninghasanarrangementwithTALLifeLimited(“TAL”)whereitmayreceiveadditionalcommission(“marginshare”)wheretheamountofnewlifeinsurancebusinessexceedscertaintargetswithina12monthperiod.Themaximumamountofmarginshareis15%ofnewannualpremium.Toachievethismarginsharecertaintargetsapply.BendigoFinancialPlanningisnoteligibleuntilTALreceivesnewbusinessof$500,000resultingfromTALlifeinsurancebusinesslodgedthroughBendigoandAdelaideBank.AtthispointBendigoandAdelaideBankmaybeeligibleforadditionalmarginshareofbetween3%and15%dependingontheamount of new premiums and the number of lapsed insurance policies.

BendigoFinancialPlanningmayalsoreceivesponsorshippaymentforthingssuchasProfessionalDevelopmentandfinancialplannertraining.AnysponsorshipreceivedisdisclosedinourBenefitsRegister.IfyouwishtoviewtheBenefitsRegister,yourplannercanprovideacopy.

ThisadditionalpaymentispaidbyTALandisnotanextracosttoyou.Anymarginsharereceivedwillbedisclosedinouradvice to you.

Paymentstoassociatedcompaniesandproductproviders

Remuneration received by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank for deposit and payment products

TheBankistheissuerofdepositandpaymentproductsandwill receive remuneration in its capacity as the issuer of those products.

Remuneration received by other Group companies for products issued by them

IfaCommunityBank®BranchoranAgencyoftheBankrefersyoutous,theBranch/Agencywillreceiveareferralfeecomprising40%oftheinitialfeepaidtoBendigoFinancialPlanningand0.1%perannumoffundsundermanagement.AnyamountspaidtoCommunityBankBranchesorBendigoBankAgencieswillbedebitedfromtheamountpaidtoBendigoFinancialPlanningandwillnotbeanextrachargetoyou.

Ifyouwerereferredtousbyanexternalparty,BendigoFinancialPlanningmaypayareferralfeetothereferrer.Ifanyfee is paid, you will be advised of the specific amount in the StatementofAdvice.
